SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kopi Kandiko.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

Orders are not processed or shipped from

Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

As we are only a two-person art studio, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These rates will be dependent upon USPS shipping rates as well as location.

We will always do our best to get the deepest deals around, but we can't control

anything outside of our own business!

*Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Kopi Kandiko ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kopi Kandiko is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Kopi Kandiko is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do offer international shipping, however, as that changes frequently, that will solely be on an order-to-order basis.  So please contact us if you aren't sure and want to know in advance.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address.

If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Kopi Kandiko will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at Kopikandiko@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address received along with the RMA

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise communicated in writing. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clothing Items

  • Opened Items

  • Used Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged because we take illness and germs very seriously.  While we want to trust that everyone is safe, that's impossible for us to do and we would hate to pass on an illness to someone who has a weakened immune system and would not be able to fight illnesses easily.

Please Note

  • A $5 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $50.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
