Customers are what makes our business a success! So making sure that we are able to make you feel welcomed as well as provide quality merch is important to us. If there is anything you are looking for, feel free to contact us through the form. Even if it is a simple question of if we have something you saw at a convention available or when we might get something back in stock! Being a two-person artist studio, we may not be able to respond right away, but rest assured we *will* get back to you!
We do our best to be open about our processes and are happy to say we do a lot of the manufacturing of our merch ourselves! As such, we can tell you what things are made of, how they are made, and if it's possible to make something a little different if you have allergies or are just curious.

Kopi Kandiko will never sell your information or try to contact you for anything other than questions and concerns about an order. We like to be a safe space both at a convention and here online, so take ease in knowing your purchases and emails are safe with us.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
If you are interested in buying wholesale from us, don't hesitate to ask. However, as we are a small business who makes most of our product by hand, we cannot guarantee a quick turnaround. Similarly, as we design everything a contract would be written up before we allow anyone to sell our items in bulk.
